To ensure a safe, comfortable, and pleasant travel experience for all guests, please read and follow our Travelling Policy:

1. Travel Documents

Guests must carry valid ID proof, tickets, booking vouchers, permits, and any required documents. You are responsible for the safety of your documents.

2. Reporting Time

Arrive at the pickup point 15–20 minutes before departure. Delays caused by late reporting will not be our responsibility.

3. Luggage Guidelines

Luggage allowances follow vehicle or airline rules. Extra or oversized luggage may result in additional charges.

4. Safety & Conduct

Maintain discipline, follow guide instructions, and respect fellow travellers. Misconduct may result in service termination without refund.

5. Health & Fitness

Ensure you are physically fit for the trip, especially for high-altitude or adventure activities.

6. No Smoking or Drinking

Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are prohibited during travel in vehicles.

7. Unforeseen Situations

Weather, traffic, or government restrictions may cause delays. Our team will assist, but alternative arrangements depend on availability.

8. Insurance

We strongly recommend all travellers to purchase travel insurance for protection against medical emergencies, trip cancellations, baggage loss, accident coverage, and unforeseen events. The company is not liable for costs arising from situations that insurance typically covers.
